Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to visit Gujarat from January 8-10 to attend the Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit. The summit, first conceptualized in 2003 under the leadership of the then Chief Minister Modi, has grown into a prestigious platform for global business collaboration and strategic partnerships.
During his visit, Prime Minister Modi will engage in high-level meetings with world leaders and top CEOs of global corporations. On January 9, he will arrive at Mahatma Mandir in Gandhinagar to hold bilateral discussions with international dignitaries. Meetings with CEOs of prominent global companies will follow this. Later that day, he will inaugurate the Vibrant Gujarat Global Trade Show.
The following day, January 10, Prime Minister Modi will inaugurate the much-anticipated Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit 2024, themed “Gateway to the Future.” This summit edition celebrates 20 years of Gujarat’s success and boasts the participation of 34 partner countries and 16 partner organizations.
The summit will feature various events, including seminars and conferences on Industry 4.0, Technology and Innovation, Sustainable Manufacturing, Green Hydrogen, Electric Mobility, Renewable Energy, and Transition towards Sustainability. The Vibrant Gujarat Global Trade Show will showcase various companies’ cutting-edge products and state-of-the-art technology.
Additionally, the Ministry of Development of the North-Eastern Region will seize the opportunity to highlight investment opportunities in the North-Eastern regions. Key sectors of focus at the trade show include e-mobility, startups, MSMEs, Blue Economy, Green Energy, and Smart Infrastructure.
