MANAGMENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME (MDP) FROM CTF NMIMS

Centre for Textile Functions (CTF), is the known name for school of textiles at NMIMS Shirpur campus.This department has been offering technical support, consultancies, planning and coordination with government bodies, establishment of Textile Park and allied industries in the region, besides developing students to be ‘industry ready’ through their academic programmes and training over the past 15 years.

In view of rapid changes in managerial practices as well as technological developments in textile industry,

CTF has taken an initiative to organize a series of Management Development Programmes (MDPs) to improve the knowledge base and train practicing managers to deliver better performance in the industry.  It is proposed to hold such sessions for entire value chain of textile manufacturing processes.

Speakers from the industry and practicing professionals are invited to deliver talks in these programmes and provide participants a deep understanding of the given area. It is a monthly activity.
