Through the hiring of two new key team members, Pilgrim has made a deliberate decision to strengthen its leadership. The objective is to grow its footprint in the brick-and-mortar retail model and speed up its omnichannel strategy. Vice President of Supply Chain and Procurement Anirudh Likhite and Senior Vice President of Customer Experience Nilesh Kambli have been appointed. They are prepared to be important in guaranteeing smooth product accessibility, exceptional customer experiences, and product quality across both digital and physical touchpoints in their respective capacities.

Although Pilgrim has traditionally been a D2C brand that operates online, e-retail has been its main method of distribution. The knowledge and outlook of the newly appointed leaders will be precisely in line with Pilgrim’s objective of offering a consistent brand experience across various channels as a result of the company’s strategic growth into offline channels.

Anirudh Likhite has over 13 years of practical expertise in creating supply chain teams, networks, and strategic procedures. He was formerly affiliated with Nykaa and L’Oréal. He has wealth of knowledge in the eB2B, general trade, modern trade, international business (exports), and pro (specialised to salon professionals) business sectors.  Anirudh’s main duty is to strengthen Pilgrim’s growth mission and lead an effective omnichannel strategy for broader consumer outreach.

Pilgrim is in a strong position to handle India’s evolving retail environment thanks to these important additions to its leadership team. This strengthens Pilgrim’s dedication to delivering excellent products and experiences across all touchpoints.
