China-South Asia (India) International Trade Digital Exhibition, hosted by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and co-organized by China Chamber of International Commerce and Meorient International Exhibition Co., Ltd., opened in Beijing on November.
Zhang Shenfeng, Vice Chairman of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Li Baijun, Minister of Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in the Republic of India, Mr. Sushil Kumar Lamsal,Minister of Embassy of Nepal in China, Iftikhar Ali Malik, President of SAARC Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Manpreet Singh, President of the Indian Chamber of International Business (ICIB) attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. More than 300 people including representatives of the South Asian National Chamber of Commerce, Chinese and foreign entrepreneurs, relevant institutions, enterprises, and media attended the opening ceremony online.
China-South Asia (India) International Trade Digital Exhibition is upgraded from China Homelife & Machinex India to provide a new online sourcing experience for Indian buyers. All products are innovative and of the latest technology. With almost 1500 exhibitors, it is the largest B2B sourcing China show in India. Over 20,000 business visitors came to the 2019 edition for sourcing.
China Homelife & Machinex India that is approved by the International Exhibition Association UFI Paris and appears in their list of major international exhibitions in the world focuses on Chinese companies and products as well as the buyers and their demand information in South Asia as, and provide companies with online communication opportunities and precise matching services with the platform “Wangzhanmao Max”.
It focuses on increasing trade and building sustainable relationships between Chinese and Indian companies and it also takes place in 11 other countries every year. (Other countries are: Poland, South Africa, Egypt, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Nigeria, Brazil, Mexico, UAE, Jordan, and Kenya)
More than 1,000 companies participated in this exhibition, and more than 10,000 professional buyers from South Asian countries visited and connected with the suppliers online. The categories of exhibits cover building materials, hardware, office supplies, furniture and home furnishings, gifts, consumer electronics, home appliances, knitwear, food, etc. in the field of goods trade, and a special “anti-epidemic material exhibition area” is set up, and it also includes service trade fields such as creative industries and technical services.
