With the installation of an improved Truetzschler Nonwovens line, Eruslu Nonwovens Group hopes to enter the biodegradable nonwovens industry.
Truetzschler will provide equipment to expand an existing spunlacing line into a flexible system for varied light to heavyweight cotton-based textiles as part of the installation.
In 2015, the Eruslu Nonwovens Group purchased a Truetzschler spunlacing line. The line, which consisted of a single NCR random card, AquaJet, and a drum drier, had already been built out in preparation for future expansion. All components were either fully equipped or engineered to function better. The organisation made full use of the 2015 small capacity line, purchasing two additional cards as well as an expansion to the dryer for enhanced evaporation capacity.
Erumlu will operate Turkey’s first NCR-NCA-NCR spunlace line, which will be ultramodern and extremely adaptable. The line is specifically designed to process virgin cotton fibres, comber noils, and short fibres at high rates. Since 2004, the portfolio has included adult and children’s diapers, wet towels, and pocket towels. Products are exported to over 100 countries across the world.
