Mr Mathur is a charismatic businessman with expertise in global product sourcing. A vibrant and a dynamic personality, with a flair for creativeness & innovation. Managing Partner in the company, Mr Mathur is responsible for International Marketing and supply chain management. Mr Mathur brings in over 17 years of valuable experience in sourcing business from his family business Warp & Weft International, which is a 4-decade old product sourcing company, specialising in home textiles and furnishings. Mr Mathur is currently also a co-owner of that business. There he has been instrumental adding value to the growth of supply chain for some of the largest international brands, department stores and supermarkets. Over the years, Mr. Mathur has helped many overseas companies to grow their businesses worldwide by sourcing precisely and at the same time supported numerous vendors to expand their reach in international markets by supplying competitively. With his vast exposure to international markets & wide network with key people in the industry, Mr Mathur drives Medusa Source to achieve new heights every day.

Sonal Jindal, Managing Partner, Medusa Source

Ms Jindal is a seasoned businesswoman in the fashion and lifestyle category in India. Apart from being a Managing Partner in Medusa Source, she is the Founder and Director at Medusa by Sonal Jindal, an exhibition and event management platform that has launched the finest designers in the country in apparel, lifestyle, personal accessories and home decor. With more than 20 blockbuster events organised by Medusa it’s a platform highly coveted by the budding designer segment in India. Sonal Jindal is no stranger to business, being born into a family which is into the hospitality industry. Her passion for business led her to do an MBA in Marketing and start her own venture into the highly competitive world of fashion and lifestyle. Her sharp business acumen and her detailed approach to business made Medusa a resounding success in the fashion and lifestyle fraternity.

Her sense of creativity and out of the box thinking coupled with sheer hard work and perseverance has led her to success. Ms Jindal understands the intricacies of a start-up, the multitasking abilities, prudent financial management to excellent marketing and PR skills and being a great team leader for her efficient team, Sonal has imbibed all the management skills needed to not only survive but thrive at her business. She also acts as a Director in Mood Board Consultancy.
