The first T-shirts made with Infinna™ are now available on Tommy Hilfiger’s European online store. The design, made with 50% Infinna™ – the regenerated textile fibre – and 50% recycled cotton, is available in three classic Tommy Hilfiger colours: red, white and navy blue.
The release follows the May announcement of the partnership with PVH Europe, the headquarters of global fashion retailer PVH Corp.’s European operations. PVH Corp. is the parent company of the iconic Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein brands.
Through the multi-year sales deal, PVH Europe have secured their supply of Infinna™ in the coming years, and plan to create future products made with Infinna™ for both the Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein brands.
Infinna™ is the unique, patented regenerated textile fibre with the soft and natural look and feel of virgin cotton. Created using the tested and proven technology of Infinited Fibre Company, the premium-quality fibres can be made purely from cotton-rich post-consumer textile waste that would otherwise end up in landfills or be burned.
“We’re so excited to see the first results of our collaboration available to the general public and are looking forward to what’s to come”, a speaker of Infinited Fibre Company says.
