RP Gupta and VK Goyal Accompany Rudra Ecovation

The Board of Directors of Rudra Ecovation authorized the appointment of Vinod Kumar Goyal as Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer (KMP) and Ravi Prakash Gupta as Director of Projects in a meeting on July 22, 2024. Mr. Goyal is a well-known business leader and innovative marketer who excels in operational excellence, crisis management, talent development, and finance. His ability to establish excellent client relationships, strategic vision, and effective decision-making are among his most valuable contributions to Rudra.

Prior to this, Mr. Goyal was employed by Trident Ltd. as CEO and Business Head. He also spent 30 years as the CEO of Vardhman Spinning and General Mills and 14 years as an executive director and CEO of SEL Manufacturing Co. Ltd. Mr. V.K. Goyal will oversee the complete value chain, overall planning, and implementation of company initiatives as CEO of Rudra Ecovation Ltd. He will also drive operational excellence using productivity and performance improvement methods, as well as brand creation.

With over 37 years of experience in the industry, Ravi Prakash Gupta specializes in the marketing of synthetic fiber and yarn. He also handles general commercial functions in the textile sector, such as procurement operations, MIS, adult and SAP project management, spinning mill project execution, and solar power project execution. He has effectively managed critical responsibilities in his career as an illustrator, such as supply chain management, brand development, creating distribution networks, procurement, and team management.

Mr. Gupta has previously worked for a number of well-known companies, including Indo Ram Synthetics (4 years), Pasupati Acrylon (13 years), Thai Acrylics Ltd. (1 year), and Sportking India Ltd. (10 years). In his capacity as Director of Projects, Mr. Ravi Prakash will be in charge of planning and directing all project initiatives, developing strategies, and putting effective cost control mechanisms in place.
