On the centenary birth anniversary of Shri Chhogmal Chaudhary (Father of Chairman Shri S K Chaudhary), Pratibha Syntex Ltd presents dream home to its 28 employees.
In the year 2018, the company had conducted survey of employees inquiring them about their dream. Following which many employees scripted a dream of owning a house.
Committed towards his workforce, SK Chaudhary, Chairman, Pratibha Syntex, had then promised to gift homes to employees in the year 2021. Coming true to its words, the company management has fulfilled dream of 28 employees by presenting them home. The homes have been gifted to employees whose CTC is equal to or below 25000. The total cost of the homes will be borne by the company besides, the beneficiaries would be eligible to get Rs 2.67 subsidy provided under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. 28 Employees including 6 women have been awarded row houses in TDS Pride and TDS city situated in Pithampur near Sagore Kuti.
One of the employees Rajesh Prasad Dwivedi said that I always wanted to own a home and my dream has been fulfilled by company management. I am thankful to the management for this invaluable gift.
We engage with our employees not only professionally but emotionally. It is my moral duty to fulfil their dreams, said SK Chaudhary, Chairman, adding that my workforce is my pride.
Meanwhile 65 scholarships were presented to children of employees who excelled in board and college examination. And 12 employees were presented long service award, as a token of appreciation for completing 20 long years in the company.
