On 25th August, Delta Galil Industries Ltd.N which is a leading producer and marketer of branded and private label apparel products, as well as leisurewear and activewear, announced about an agreement that it has signed. This agreement is about to acquire a leading intimates online retailer, Bare Necessities. The transaction is expected to close in the next few weeks and be accretive to earnings next year.
