Fisher Textiles recently launched printable cloth from Disenfectex, improved by HeiQ V-block pro

cessing. Marketed in other countries as HeiQ Viroblock, HeiQ V-block is an industrial te

xtile antiviral technology specially engineered to work against enveloped viruses, such as influenza viruses and human coronaviruses. They tested the treated fabrics.

Disenfectex printable fabric was developed in collaboration with HeiQ. The Doherty Institute in Australia has tested treated fabrics forwarded by HeiQ to be useful towards 99.99 per cent of SARS-CoV-2.

HeiQ V-block-treated Disenfectex fabrics are resistant to pathogens and the HeiQ V-block prevents the development of bacteria on the cloth. The section consists of facial mask fabric, soft knit fabric, sheer fabric, and suede fabric available for transfer and direct dye sublimation printing in roll widths of 57 to 125 inches wide. Many of the designs are now accessible in the US.
