Avtar Singh, a resident of Lachman Nagar, was detained and a charge was filed against him under Section 381 of the IPC. Jasjot Singh, a Model Town Expansion resident, filed a complaint alleging that Avtar Singh, a security officer at his enterprise Value Max Clothing in Focal Point Phase VI, stole synthetic cotton yarn from his facility from August 2020 to October 10, 2021.
During the inquiry, officers found 22-24 cones of yarn totaling approximately 45 kg from each suspect.
