EPSON IS EXPANDING ITS RANGE OF PRECISIONCORE PRINTHEADS TO MEET THE QUICK SHIFT TOWARD DIGITAL PRINTING IN THE COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL SECTORS.
The D3000-A1R is the first in Epson’s new line of printheads to enable ink circulation at the nozzle level, increasing dependability by eliminating nozzle cleaning and ping requirements.
Epson’s first water-based ink, nozzle level recirculation printhead is the D3000-A1R. Because of the design, it may be handled safely without causing harm to the printer nozzles. It produces excellent picture quality and prints at speeds equal to those of contemporary analogue printers. It is readily scalable for flexible packaging, labels, and décor with a 67mm print swath.
Later this year, the D3000-A1R will be available. The printhead may be utilised in single-color mode at 1200npi or in two-color mode at 600npi per colour. Epson’s modular architecture makes it possible to simply array print chips in both moving serial printhead and stationary line head configurations.
