Makei II, a Delaware-based limited liability corporation, has purchased Revman International, a provider of bed and bath items to brands such as Nautica, Vera Wang, Tommy Bahama, Eddie Bauer, Ellen DeGeneres, and Laura Ashley.
Makei has purchased 100% of Revman’s outstanding capital stock from Grupo Kaltex. Under the terms of the acquisition, the company will continue to operate as Revman. The company will maintain its current office and showroom space on the 70th floor of The Empire State Building. Revman will unveil its new collections during Home Textiles Market Week in October.
