As it continues to align its business to serve customers and future growth, CIT Commercial Services, a division of First Citizens Bank, has announced changes in its leadership.
Tom Fingleton, who has been the Northeast regional manager since March 2019, has been appointed chief strategy officer, responsible for all of CIT Commercial Services’ strategy, business development, and project management.
Fingleton initially joined the Commercial Services team in 2012 and has since held roles with increasing levels of responsibility. He held the positions of chief operating officer and senior vice president of strategy for seven years before being appointed Northeast regional manager.
