Tesitura Ubertino, a Leading Fabric Manufacturer, Has Been Acquired by Zegna

The firm has taken control of top fabric maker Tessitura Ubertino, an Italian premium apparel and gentleman’s clothing brand.

According to the terms of the deal, Zegna will buy a majority ownership in Tesitula Ubertino, with two of founder Adaldiso Ubertino’s sons, Alberto and Paolo, holding a 40% stake in administration and creative direction. Accept accountability for both.
