The Leading importer of spun yarn Kennigton Industries Pvt Ltd has achieved one more milestone by takeover Spinning Unit of Spads Textile Ltd, at Jaggyapeth – Andhra Pradesh, under liquidation process.
Kennigton Industries Pvt Ltd finally started self-Yarn production with their own unit, which consist of 15000 spindles with state of art machinery which inclueds; Rieter India Ltd, Marzoli Machine Mfg. Co. & Murata machinery Co. & testing equipment’s from Uster Ltd.
They are the largest import player in spun yarn who have now focused on the concept of Make in India under its own name by takeover of Spads Textile Ltd.
They plays a major role of importing yarns with top line of around 550 crore and also diversified themselves in manufacturing activity by running around 1,15,000 spindles Spinning units on lease basis and Job Work basis which are altogether located in Maharashtra,Telangana & Andhra Pradesh, India.
