Rieter appoints Emmanuelle Gmür as Chief Human Resources Officer

With effect from January 1, 2025, Emmanuelle Gmür has been appointed by the Rieter Holding Ltd. Board of Directors to the Rieter Group’s Group Executive Committee. She replaces Tom Ban, who has chosen to pursue his career outside of Rieter, as Chief Human Resources Officer.

Emmanuelle Gmür has a wealth of human resources expertise as well as a track record of success in organizational development, change management, management consulting, and strategic leadership. She is well-versed in the textile sector and has extensive worldwide experience.

From 2013 to 2024, Emmanuelle Gmür served as the worldwide Head of Communication, Chief Human Resources Officer, and a member of the Triumph Group’s worldwide management board in Bad Zurzach, Switzerland. She also served as deputy chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of Triumph Austria AG, Vienna/Wiener Neustadt (Austria) from 2015 to 2024 and a member of the Supervisory Board of Triumph France SA, Obernai (France) from 2020 to 2024. From 2010 until 2013, she served as the Triumph Group’s Global Head of Learning and Development in Bad Zurzach, Switzerland. She was the Head of Consulting at Qualintra SA in Geneva, Switzerland, from 2007 until 2010.

Emmanuelle Gmür holds a Core MBA from the Helsinki University of Technology, Helsinki (Finland) and a Master of Science in Business from the École supérieure de commerce de Reims (France). She was born in 1976 and is a French citizen.
