Power Opens New Exclusive Outlet in Spectrum Mall Noida Amidst Market Challenges

New Delhi: In a move to expand its retail presence in India, Canada-based sportswear brand Power has recently inaugurated an exclusive brand outlet at Spectrum Mall in Noida. This announcement was made by Gajesh Yadav, AGM (Lead-National Retail Marketing Projects & CRMM) of Bata India Limited, in a social media post on Saturday. The newly launched outlet promises an exciting athleisure experience tailored for the youth, reflecting Power’s commitment to providing trendy and comfortable footwear options.

Established in 1971, Power has established itself as a globally recognized brand under Bata, with a strong footprint in various markets worldwide. Bata India, a leading footwear retailer and manufacturer in the country, operates over 1375 stores and serves millions of customers through an extensive retail and distribution network.

Despite facing challenges in the market, Bata India’s revenue remained resilient at Rs 903 crore in the December 2023 quarter, supported by growth in premium product categories. However, the company’s consolidated net profit witnessed a decline to Rs 58 crore, reflecting the prevailing market conditions. Bata India continues to focus on innovation and customer-centric strategies to navigate through the competitive landscape and sustain its market position.

Overall, the launch of the new Power outlet in Spectrum Mall signifies the brand’s confidence in catering to the evolving needs of consumers and further strengthening its presence in the Indian sportswear segment.
