The Indian Specialty Chemical Manufacturers’ Association (ISCMA) held its annual award function at the Institute of Chemical Technology (ICT) in Mumbai on March 9th 2023. The event was graced by several dignitaries, including the Chief Guest Mr. Rajendra Gogri (Chairman & Managing Director-Aarti Industries Limited), Shri Vinay Patil (President, ISCMA), Professor A.B. Pandit (Vice Chancellor, ICT), Shri Deepak Bhimani, Dr. Subhash Udeshi, Dr. Kishor M. Shah, and Shri Vineet Patel.
The event started with the welcome address by ISCMA President Shri Vinay Patil, who welcomed all the dignitaries and shared insights on the association’s activities throughout the year. He highlighted the role of ISCMA in promoting and supporting the growth of the Indian specialty chemical industry.
Later, Professor A.B. Pandit welcomed everyone to the ICT and gave a brief overview of the institution’s history, vision, and mission. He emphasized the importance of education and research in the chemical industry and the critical role that institutions like ICT play in advancing the field.
