World of Wipes (WOW) Conference 2026 Registration Opens

INDA, the Association of the Nonwoven Fabrics Industry, has opened delegate registration and exhibition bookings for the World of Wipes® (WOW) International Conference 2026. The event will be held from June 29 to July 2, 2026, at the Grand Hyatt Nashville in Nashville, Tennessee.

Dedicated exclusively to the global wipes sector, WOW 2026 will convene manufacturers, suppliers, brand owners, researchers and technical specialists to discuss key developments influencing the industry. The 2026 conference theme, “Redefining Wipes: Smart. Sustainable. Scalable,” highlights current priorities such as innovation, environmental responsibility and scalable production solutions.

The programme will address a wide range of topics including sustainable packaging, regulatory and legislative updates, technical performance standards, new raw materials, formulations and chemistries, market trends, consumer behaviour and emerging technologies. Sessions will also examine business challenges affecting the wipes value chain worldwide.

The event will begin with pre-conference webinars offering background insights on major industry issues. A two-day Wipes Development Course, scheduled for June 29–30, will feature 12 sessions led by Heidi Beatty, Chief Executive Officer of Crown Abbey, covering stages of wipes product development from initial concept through to commercialisation.

An exhibition programme will run alongside the conference, with supplier showcases and networking receptions planned for June 30 and July 1. These sessions will be supported by Lightning Talks, during which exhibitors will deliver short presentations introducing new technologies, materials and solutions.

The World of Wipes Innovation Award® will again recognise product innovation using nonwoven materials and technologies. Nominations are open until April 27. Finalists will present their entries on June 30, with the award recipient announced on July 2.
