World Emblem opens new Houston factory and expands U.S. manufacturing

World Emblem has opened a new manufacturing facility in Houston, Texas, as part of its expansion of domestic production operations. The company has moved its regional activities into a larger site to increase output capacity and support reshoring of jobs to the United States.
World Emblem announced the launch of its new 72,000-square-foot manufacturing facility located at 6740 Signat Drive in Houston on February 24, 2026. The company relocated its regional operations from an approximately 35,000-square-foot site in northwest Houston to the new location. The facility is expected to produce up to 500,000 emblems and patches per week in its initial phase of operation.
More than 150 employees are currently working at the Houston plant, including 50 positions that have been reshored from Asia. The company plans to recruit up to 100 additional workers as demand increases for its emblems, patches and promotional products.
“We are excited to open our new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Houston and look forward to hiring additional employees from the area in the coming months,” said Randy Carr. “We are committed to continue growing our U.S. manufacturing base and reshoring more jobs to the U.S., which will help us further reduce tariff costs and improve supply chain efficiency in the face of rising geopolitical, trade, and economic disruptions.”
World Emblem also operates manufacturing facilities in Norcross, Georgia, and Upland, California. The company employs more than 400 people across the United States and approximately 1,500 employees globally.
The company uses in-house technology and manufacturing capabilities to support faster production and delivery for U.S. customers. According to the company, emblems and patches can be produced and shipped within as little as 24 hours.
