World Emblem announced the launch of WE VISION, an AI-powered platform designed to support the patch design process for its clients. The platform enables users to create and approve patch designs digitally within minutes. The announcement was made on March 11, 2026 in Fort Lauderdale.

The company stated that WE VISION enables clients to visualize patch designs and approve them digitally. According to the company, design creation that previously required several days can now be completed within minutes through the platform.

“AI is a gamechanger for World Emblem and its customers, and WE VISION is proof of the impact this technology can have on the apparel industry,” said Randy Carr. “In the past, it would have taken up to a week to complete an emblem or patch design, but with WE VISION, it is now possible to create realistic, high-quality digital samples in a matter of minutes.”

Using WE VISION, clients can select from a range of product specifications including patch shape, size, fabric, colour, border style and backing options. Once these elements are chosen, the system generates a digital representation of the patch, allowing customers to review and approve the design before physical production begins.

The company indicated that the use of digital samples could reduce reliance on physical patch prototypes. According to Randy Carr, the platform may reduce the number of physical samples produced by up to 80 percent.

“In addition to saving our customers thousands of work hours per year, the AI-powered WE VISION platform is expected to reduce the number of physical patch samples that need to be produced by up to 80 percent, resulting in significantly less waste of physical materials,” Carr added.

World Emblem also stated that future development plans include applying artificial intelligence to production scheduling and workflow optimisation for completed patch designs. The scheduling process is currently handled manually.

The company manufactures customised emblems and multi-textured products using manufacturing facilities located in Georgia, Texas and California in the United States, as well as Mexico. A production facility in the Dominican Republic is scheduled to open soon.
