Woodland Scales Omnichannel Operations to 4,500 Daily Orders with Fynd

Fynd connects Woodland’s 171 stores, central warehouse and marketplaces through real-time inventory, unified order management and warehouse fulfilment capabilities
Fynd, an AI-native retail technology company backed by Reliance Retail Ventures Limited, has announced that it is supporting the next phase of omnichannel growth for Woodland, India’s outdoor footwear and apparel brand. The partnership extends Fynd’s unified Order Management System (OMS) and Warehouse Management System (WMS) across Woodland’s 171 stores and central warehouse, supporting inventory visibility and digital commerce operations.
Woodland Connects Stores, Warehouse and Digital Channels
As Woodland expands its retail and digital operations, the brand has integrated its store network and central warehouse operations through Fynd’s platform.
The unified setup enables coordination across sales channels and supports omnichannel fulfilment through Fynd’s Order Management System (OMS). Real-time inventory is synchronised across marketplaces including Myntra, AJIO, Flipkart, Nykaa, Nykaa Fashion and Tata Cliq.
The integration is designed to reduce inventory mismatches, improve order accuracy and provide a consistent customer experience across different touchpoints.
Integrated Commerce Platform Supports Peak Order Volumes
The technology setup connects Woodland’s stores, warehouse, ERP, POS systems and digital channels through a single operating layer.
According to the announcement, this structure reduces operational complexity and manual intervention while supporting faster, data-driven decision-making.
During peak sales periods, Woodland’s retail stores fulfil up to 2,500 orders per day, while its central warehouse processes up to 2,000 orders daily. Together, the integrated platform manages a combined peak load of 4,500 orders per day.
Ragini Varma, Chief Business Officer – India, Fynd, said: “Retailers today are moving beyond isolated commerce systems and building connected operating models that can adapt in real time,” said Ragini Varma, Chief Business Officer – India, Fynd. “Woodland's scale makes inventory visibility and fulfillment orchestration critical to growth. Through this long-standing partnership, we are helping create a unified commerce ecosystem that improves operational efficiency, strengthens inventory accuracy, and enables the flexibility required to serve customers seamlessly across channels.”
Sandeep Garg, General Manager - Head of E-commerce & Digital Marketing, Woodland, said: “As our omnichannel business continues to grow, maintaining visibility and coordination across stores, warehouses, and digital channels becomes increasingly important,” said Sandeep Garg, General Manager - Head of E-commerce & Digital Marketing, Woodland. “Fynd's unified platform has helped us create a more connected operational framework that improves fulfillment agility, enhances inventory visibility, and positions us to grow efficiently while delivering a consistent customer experience.”
Fynd WMS Expands Warehouse Capabilities
Fynd’s WMS is currently being implemented across Woodland’s warehouse operations to streamline processes including receiving, putaway, picking, packing and dispatch within a unified operational ecosystem.
The implementation is expected to further develop Woodland’s fulfilment infrastructure by introducing greater warehouse intelligence, process automation and operational control across its supply chain.
Together, Fynd’s OMS and WMS ecosystem will provide Woodland with a scalable operational foundation supporting its retail, e-commerce and marketplace channels.
