Wiliot has announced the expansion of its go-to-market leadership team with three senior appointments. The move comes as the company responds to increasing global demand for its Physical AI platform in supply chain operations. The platform enables enterprises to capture and interpret real-time physical data across workflows.

The platform is designed to sense and interpret physical signals across supply chain processes, supporting continuous visibility, automation, and real-time decision-making. It is currently deployed across supply chains in sectors including retail, grocery, food, QSR, post-and-parcel, and logistics.

The expanded leadership team will focus on scaling global operations, supporting customer deployments, and driving adoption of the company’s AI-based supply chain solutions.

“Demand for real-time, physical-world supply chain intelligence is accelerating, and our customers are scaling deployments globally while expanding into new use cases,” said Tal Tamir, Co-Founder and CEO of Wiliot. “To meet this moment, we’ve built a leadership team with deep experience across supply chain, AI, robotics, and IoT. Under Adi, Kurt, and Amir’s leadership, we have the right team in place to continue to scale globally and capture the opportunity ahead.”

As Chief Business Officer, Adi Applebaum will oversee the product organization and Forward Deployment Engineering (FDE) team, which works with customers to design and implement Physical AI solutions within enterprise systems.

Kurt Nantkes, as Chief Revenue Officer, will lead global sales and revenue operations, focusing on expanding enterprise adoption and customer reach. He brings more than 20 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, and robotics technologies, including roles at inVia Robotics, Fetch Robotics, and Zonar Systems.

Amir Khoshniyati, appointed Vice President of Marketing, will manage global marketing strategy and execution. His experience includes leadership roles in IoT and connected technologies, including positions at Identiv IoT and Avery Dennison following its acquisition of Smartrac. He also serves on the Board of Advisors for Auburn University’s RFID Lab and previously served on the NFC Forum Board.

The leadership expansion follows a period of commercial growth for Wiliot. Over the past 12 months, the company has onboarded enterprise customers across QSR, food and beverage, and post-and-parcel sectors, while expanding deployments with multiple Fortune 10 organizations. Since early 2026, several pilot projects with industry players have moved toward national-scale implementation.

At present, the Wiliot platform tracks more than 0.5 million assets daily, processes over 1.25 terabytes of data per day, generates 235 million events, and operates using 38 machine learning models to convert physical signals into supply chain insights.

Reported outcomes from deployments include inventory accuracy exceeding 99%, approximately 20% reduction in excess inventory, reduced dock-to-stock cycle times from 24–48 hours to 2–6 hours, and a 30–50% reduction in receiving labor. Mis-shipments have been reduced by up to 90%.

The company stated that enterprises are achieving financial impacts including approximately $15M in annual savings in inventory operations, $8.5M from automated receiving, and $17.5M in outbound logistics. Additional savings include $10M+ annually from reusable asset tracking and $8.5M from cold chain efficiency improvements.

Wiliot’s platform operates using battery-free IoT Pixels to capture real-time data such as location, temperature, humidity, and light. This data is processed to generate insights and support automated workflows across supply chains.
