Wellbi Adds Zerodha to Corporate Apparel Client Portfolio with 1,150 T-Shirt Order

Fabric-First Apparel Brand Expands Corporate Business Across Multiple Sectors
Fabric-first apparel brand Wellbi has added Zerodha to its growing corporate client portfolio through a company-wide order of 1,150 T-shirts. The order further expands Wellbi’s presence in the corporate apparel segment.
Karthik Rangappa, Chief of Education at Zerodha, said, “A good T-shirt has three basic requirements: it should hold its colour, retain its shape after washing, and fit well. Wellbi T-shirts are highly breathable and feel great.”
Rangappa was already a Wellbi customer before recommending the brand for Zerodha’s company-wide order.
Zerodha joins Wellbi’s corporate apparel client roster, which spans technology, financial services, hospitality and other sectors. The portfolio includes Meta, Adobe, Cisco, Amazon and JW Marriott, among others.
Focus on Fabric and Everyday Wear
Wellbi’s corporate apparel proposition is based on the idea that a company T-shirt should function primarily as clothing rather than only as branded merchandise.
The Mysuru-based brand has developed three proprietary bamboo-cotton blends for different use cases. The materials focus on characteristics experienced directly by consumers, including softness, breathability, moisture management and all-day comfort.
Wellbi’s approach dates back to its beginnings in Mysuru in 2021. Founder and CEO Supreeth Kashyap initially developed an interest in rural development, which led him to work with handlooms and rural artisans.
As the team gained a deeper understanding of textiles and customer requirements, its focus moved from creating another apparel label towards improving fabric and everyday wearing comfort.
“For us, trust has always started with the product. A company can give an employee a T-shirt once, but we don’t want that T-shirt to remain in the wardrobe after the event is over. If the employee voluntarily reaches for it again, to work, while travelling, at home or over the weekend, that is when we believe we’ve made a good product,” said Supreeth Kashyap, Founder and CEO, Wellbi.
Wellbi Expands Product Portfolio
The company has expanded its product range beyond T-shirts to include polos, performance wear, innerwear and women’s wear.
Alongside its corporate apparel business, Wellbi sells directly to consumers through wellbi.in and marketplaces including Amazon and Myntra.
Across these channels, the company has crossed ₹1 crore in monthly revenue.
The Zerodha order adds to Wellbi’s corporate apparel business and reflects the brand’s focus on apparel intended for use beyond company events and branded occasions.
