Vishal Fabrics Limited has received a ₹100 crore Merchant Export Order from Kiran Enterprises, marking a significant expansion in its global denim supply footprint.

Vishal Fabrics Limited, one of India’s prominent denim manufacturers, has announced the receipt of a Merchant Export Order valued at ₹100 crore from Kiran Enterprises. Under this collaboration, the company will manufacture a wide portfolio of premium denim fabrics destined for major global markets, including Nigeria, Egypt, South Africa, Turkey, Morocco, and Lesotho. This order further strengthens the longstanding partnership between the two firms—built on consistent performance, reliability, and aligned business values.

Vishal Fabrics’ strengths in advanced fabric production, modern manufacturing technology, large-scale capacity, competitive pricing, and dependable logistics have been instrumental in securing this opportunity. With integrated operations enabling quicker turnaround for large orders, the company will begin dispatches for this mandate starting 15 January 2026.

The denim fabrics supplied as part of this order will meet leading global environmental and chemical safety certifications such as ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, OEKO-TEX® Standard, Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS), and Better Cotton Initiative (BCI) membership. These credentials underscore the brand’s commitment to sustainable and responsibly produced textiles.
