Denim manufacturer posts 22% YoY rise in Q4FY26 PAT amid steady demand and operational focus

Ahmedabad-based Vishal Fabrics Limited, part of the Chiripal Group, announced its financial results for FY26 and Q4FY26, reporting growth in revenue and profitability. The company recorded a 23% year-on-year increase in Profit After Tax for FY26, supported by operational efficiencies and demand for value-added textile products.

Vishal Fabrics Limited (BSE: 538598 | NSE: VISHAL), a denim fabric manufacturer and part of the Chiripal Group, has announced its consolidated financial results for FY26 and Q4FY26.

For FY26, the company reported Total Income of ₹1603.25 crore, registering a growth of 5% compared to ₹1521.43 crore in FY25. Profit After Tax (PAT) for the financial year stood at ₹35.64 crore, reflecting a 23% increase from ₹29 crore reported in FY25.

During Q4FY26, Vishal Fabrics recorded Total Income of ₹348.60 crore. The company’s Profit After Tax for the quarter stood at ₹8.93 crore, up 22% year-on-year from ₹7.34 crore in Q4FY25.
