The Vietnam International Trade Fair for Apparel, Textiles, and Textile Technologies (VIATT) will take place from 26 to 28 February 2026 in Ho Chi Minh City. The third edition of the fair will bring together participants from ASEAN and international markets, covering apparel, home, and technical textile sectors along with an expanded programme of industry activities.

Opening on Thursday this week, VIATT 2026 will present an integrated platform representing the full textile value chain, including Apparel Fabrics & Fashion, Home & Contract Textiles, and Technical Textiles & Technologies. In addition to sourcing opportunities, the event will feature an enlarged fringe programme comprising the inaugural Trend Forum, an industry summit, local and international fashion shows, interactive workshops, and expert-led seminars.

“As VIATT continues to grow and attract broader international participation, at this edition we are pleased to introduce the inaugural German Pavilion and Türkiye Zone, the Textile Chemicals and Dyes Zone, as well as the Trend Forum, a unified vision exploring all three sub-sectors,” said Ms Wilmet Shea, General Manager of Messe Frankfurt (HK) Ltd. “These additions highlight our commitment to enhancing the fair from multiple perspectives, as we explore new opportunities in diverse yet overlapping textile sectors, while reinforcing VIATT’s dedication to design, sustainability, innovation, and international collaboration – key elements that distinguish this platform as one of ASEAN’s premier industry hubs.”

The exhibition will span 18,000 sqm across Halls A and B and is expected to host nearly 460 exhibitors from 21 countries and regions. International participation will include returning pavilions from China, India, and Taiwan, alongside the debut German Pavilion. Additional zones will comprise the European Zone, Japan Zone, Vietnam Zone, and the newly introduced Türkiye Zone. The Econogy Hub will also return, together with the Garment Display Zone and the Trend Forum, which will showcase integrated LIFESTYLE TRENDS across apparel, home, and technical textile segments.

Buyers from Asia-Pacific and other regions are scheduled to attend, including nine delegations from Australia, India, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Thailand, and Vietnam. To support sourcing activities, the Global Exhibitor Search function will be available to facilitate connections between buyers and exhibitors.

Exhibitors highlighted in the apparel fabrics, yarns, fibres, and garments segment include Albini 1876 – Thomas Mason (Italy; booth A-E22), Chain Yarn Vietnam (booth B-G23), and Shibaya (Japan; booth A-E07).
In home and contract textiles, participating exhibitors include Association Home from Portugal (booth A-G18), Nandan Terry (India; booth A-J04), and Paradies (Germany; booth A-E31).
In technical textiles and textile technologies, exhibitors include AVA CAD CAM Group (UK; booth A-E28) and ZLINK Technologies (Hangzhou) (China; booth A-G13).

The fringe programme will feature the VIATT Trend Forum, Vietnam Textile & Garment Industry Development Strategy Summit (VGTIS), and Textile Industry Exchange, alongside themed seminars and workshops. Sessions include Sustainable by Design: The Green Thread, Fashioning a Circular Textile Economy Through Industry Collaboration (Econogy Talks), Vietnam Sourcing Forum: Insights for Suppliers and Buyers, and Redefining AI’s Role in Automated Textile Material Inspection.

Three fashion shows are also scheduled: the Local Booming Designer show by Phan Dang Hoang; the Sustainable, Zero-Waste Fashion Show by KHAAR; and the Essence of French Fashion show featuring Royal Mer and Fantaisie Militaire. An Upcycled Jewellery Workshop will allow participants to create accessories using discarded textiles.
