Vietnam International Trade Fair for Apparel, Textiles and Textile Technologies (VIATT) will hold its third edition from 26–28 February 2026 in Ho Chi Minh City. Vietnam’s textile and garment industry is projected to generate export revenues of USD 46 billion in 2025, representing a 5.6% increase compared with 2024. The upcoming edition is positioned to contribute to sector growth by promoting digital transformation and green transition throughout the textile supply chain.

The fair will feature seven country and regional pavilions and zones from China, Germany, Europe, India, Japan, Taiwan, and Türkiye, covering Apparel Fabrics & Fashion, Home & Contract Textiles, and Technical Textiles & Technologies.

The inaugural German Pavilion, organised by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWE) in cooperation with the Association of the German Trade Fair Industry (AUMA), will be located within the European Zone. This zone will also highlight exhibitors from Italy, Switzerland, Türkiye, and the UK. The pavilion will present products and solutions focused on quality, compliance, and established manufacturing practices.

Participating companies in Apparel Fabrics & Fashion include MUEHLMEIER Bodyshaping, Karl Conzelmann, and Dalat Worsted Spinning (Suedwolle Group).
In Home & Contract Textiles, exhibitors include Huegin-Trietex and Paradies.
In Technical Textiles & Textile Technologies, companies include Georg Sahm, IBENA Shanghai Technical Textiles, Lindauer DORNIER, and ZSK Stickmaschinen.

The pavilion will also feature Global Standard, providing textile standards and certification, and Hohenstein Laboratories, offering testing, certification, and quality control services.

VIATT 2026 will continue to attract exhibitors from Asia and other regions, reinforcing its role as a platform for textile supply and manufacturing partnerships in ASEAN. Alongside Germany and East Asia, the India Pavilion, organised by TEXPROCIL (The Cotton Textiles Export Promotion Council), will return with 21 companies presenting export-oriented cotton textile products. The pavilion will promote Kasturi Cotton, an initiative launched by the Ministry of Textiles, Textile Trade Bodies, and industry to improve the value of Indian cotton through benchmark specifications focused on traceability, certification, and branding.

In addition to the exhibition, the fair will host a fringe programme addressing trends, innovation, and business strategy. Key events include TGIS 2026 (Vietnam Textile & Garment Industry Development Strategy Summit), which will cover topics such as AI and upgrading, sustainability and compliance, and international brand perspectives on Vietnam, with networking and matchmaking sessions. Another featured event, Textile Industry Exchange, will focus on trade uncertainties in 2026, including tariffs in the US, the EU’s ecodesign regulations, and impacts on Asian supply chains.

VIATT is organised by Messe Frankfurt (HK) Ltd and the Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency (VIETRADE).

VIATT 2026 will be held from 26–28 February 2026.
