VerSe Innovation Launches SparkStation, Its First Global AI Content Platform

The AI-powered platform brings ideation, production, editing, localisation and distribution into a single workflow for studios, brands, agencies and creators.
VerSe Innovation, the parent company of Dailyhunt and Josh, has unveiled SparkStation at Film Expo 2026, marking its first global-first product offering. The AI Content Operating System is designed to manage the content production process from initial ideas and scripting through final editing and distribution within one system.
Unified AI Workflow for Content Production
SparkStation combines multiple stages of content creation, including ideation, scripting, storyboarding, casting, location and costume development, multi-angle shots, music and dialogue generation, editing, captioning, rendering, advertising formats and distribution.
The platform uses a model-agnostic AI layer that routes individual creative tasks to different AI models based on the requirements of each task. According to VerSe Innovation, SparkStation can reduce the production cost of a 60-second brand film by 90%, from ₹10–25 lakh to ₹50,000–₹75,000, while reducing production timelines from weeks to approximately 24 hours.
SparkStation is positioned across three primary user segments:
- Filmmakers and production houses: Tools include story building, script coverage, casting, location design, storyboards, shot creation, music and dialogue generation, editing and rendering. Outputs can be exported to industry-standard NLEs.
- Brands, businesses, e-commerce companies and agencies: The platform supports image, video, UGC and performance advertising formats, catalogue-scale product creative and localised, platform-specific campaign variants.
- Creators and influencers: Creators can use templates and studio-grade production capabilities through a credits-based model.
Five Key Platform Features
SparkStation is built around five areas of functionality:
Operating system approach: The platform brings multiple stages of production into a single workflow, rather than focusing only on individual video clips.
Production continuity: Face, expression, wardrobe, location and props can be maintained across an entire production rather than being limited to individual shots.
Model-agnostic orchestration: Different AI models are used for specific tasks, including faces, crowds, camera movements, voices and languages.
60+ languages: SparkStation supports content production across more than 60 languages, including lip movements, emotional expressions and local idioms.
Creator-focused workflow: The platform has been developed with expertise from film, VFX, gaming and AI research. It offers native exports to Premiere, Final Cut and DaVinci Resolve, allowing studios to work with existing NLE workflows.
VerSe Innovation Plans Global Rollout
Umang Bedi, Co-Founder & CEO, VerSe Innovation, said:
"SparkStation is VerSe's first global offering and one of the single largest product bets VerSe has made. Production cost has been the invisible ceiling on what stories get made. When you solve that constraint, you don't simply make content cheaper. You make content that never cleared the production threshold before. That is what we are solving for - not efficiency, but possibility. SparkStation has been used internally for over 6 months now at scale delivering unprecedented speed and economics. Spark is not a platform in testing it is in production, at scale, generating revenue".
The platform is scheduled to roll out in three phases: beta access on August 29, general availability on October 1, and the enterprise API tier on November 1.
VerSe Innovation has committed $30+ million over 24 months for SparkStation, covering GPU infrastructure, proprietary AI orchestration and specialist talent. The company aims to serve 100+ studios, 1,000+ brands and thousands of creators globally.
Its commercial models include credits for creators, seat-based SaaS for studios and brands, and enterprise licensing with API access.
