Vandewiele Group Showcases Tech at ITMA ASIA Singapore

At ITMA ASIA Singapore 2025, the Vandewiele Group will unite its global brands to present breakthrough textile manufacturing technologies spanning weaving, spinning, knitting, finishing, and digital solutions. The group’s participation underlines its commitment to innovation, customer-centric solutions, and shaping the future of textile production.

Highlights by Brand

Vandewiele (Hall 2 – Booth C301):
Vandewiele will introduce the USF Carpet Weaving Machine, featuring a digital Fast Creel and 3-rapier system for high-speed carpet production. The HST Tufting Platform offers unmatched flexibility at speeds up to 2500 RPM, while VSi Velvet Machines deliver precision in cut & loop velvet production.

Bonas (Hall 2 – Booth C301):
Bonas will display its new Ji Jacquard Range designed for high-speed, energy-efficient operation across applications including fashion, home textiles, and technical fabrics. Three jacquard machines will demonstrate seamless loom integration, complex pattern creation, and minimal downtime.

Superba (Hall 2 – Booth C301):
Superba will unveil KR1, an AI-powered automatic knotting system for large-scale yarn processing. The innovation ensures consistent knot quality, waste reduction, and rapid changeovers, boosting efficiency for carpet and technical yarn producers.

Memminger-IRO (Hall 5 – Booth A205):
Memminger-IRO will showcase precision solutions such as the MPF Positive Feeder for large-diameter machines, the MRA 4 Motor Drive System with servo motors, the LMW 4 Fabric Scanner for defect detection, and the K52 ATC Storage Feeder with active tension control for jacquard applications.

Savio (Hall 4 – Booth A302):
Savio will present Proxima Smartconer®, its next-gen winding machine with full automation options and AI-powered production optimization. The Lybra Smartspinner® air-jet spinning machine with Multi Blend System will also be on display, highlighting versatility for fibre blending and colour mixing.

Mesdan (Hall 4 – Booth A302):
Mesdan will feature four key lab equipment solutions: Contest-S, Autofil, Nati Advanced, and Burstmatic 2, along with upgraded splicers installed on the Savio Proxima winder, ensuring enhanced splice quality and durability.

Loepfe (Hall 4 – Booth A302):
Celebrating 70 years of innovation, Loepfe will display its advanced yarn clearing systems and engage visitors with a Swiss Alps-themed booth experience, honouring its legacy of precision and technological excellence.

BMSvision (Hall 5 – Booth A206):
BMSvision will highlight KnitMaster, a MES solution for real-time knitting production visibility, along with the compact DU3 data terminal for enhanced machine monitoring and analytics-driven decision-making.

Sedo Treepoint (Hall 8 – Booth B410):
Sedo Treepoint will present its latest digital solutions including the Sedomat 6010 controller, MES platforms (SedoMaster, TMS, SedoExpert, EnergyMaster), and Connect – a cloud-based platform for the textile industry, offering efficiency, automation, and sustainability.
