Urban Company and Unicommerce Expand Partnership to Saudi Arabia and UAE

The collaboration will use Unicommerce’s Uniware platform to manage inventory and fulfilment operations supporting Urban Company’s at-home services across the Middle East.

Urban Company’s Middle East business has expanded its partnership with Unicommerce to Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates (UAE), with the companies aiming to strengthen e-commerce inventory and fulfilment operations as Urban Company grows its regional presence.

Under the expanded partnership, Urban Company will use Unicommerce’s flagship Uniware platform to manage inventory and fulfilment for service kits and consumables supporting its at-home service ecosystem. The platform will provide real-time inventory visibility and help route orders to service professionals across the two markets.

Uniware to Support Regional Supply Chain Operations

The partnership builds on the existing relationship between Urban Company and Unicommerce in India, where Urban Company uses Unicommerce’s technology for its e-commerce operations. The expansion to the Middle East is intended to provide a connected operational framework as the company scales across Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

Urban Company’s services, spanning beauty and wellness, home cleaning and appliance maintenance, rely on the availability of products, tools and consumables. Uniware will serve as the central platform for this supply chain, supporting stock accuracy, product replenishment and fulfilment coordination across locations.

Unicommerce Expands Middle East Commerce Capabilities

The collaboration also adds to Unicommerce’s presence in the Middle East. The company has developed a commerce ecosystem through integrations with regional marketplaces, logistics providers, ERP systems and payment platforms.

Its regional capabilities include Arabic-compatible invoice and shipping label generation, region-specific tax compliance and integrations with other ecosystem participants across Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
