UP Allots Land for Five Projects with Proposed Investment of Rs 469 Crore

Five companies receive 71,190 sq m in YEIDA region, with projects expected to generate 4,625 employment opportunities
The Uttar Pradesh government has allotted land for five proposed industrial projects in the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) region, involving a combined proposed investment of Rs 469 crore and 4,625 employment opportunities.
The allotment letters were presented during the inauguration of the Uttar Pradesh International Trade Show (UPITS) 2026 by Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah, who also interacted with investors to discuss industrial and investment opportunities in the state.
Five Companies Receive Land Allotments
A total area of 71,190 square metres has been allotted for the five projects.
C&R Textiles Private Limited received an allotment of 16,000 square metres and has proposed an investment of Rs 104 crore, with 2,000 employment opportunities expected to be created. Managing Director Chhatrapati Ranjit Rai received the letter of allotment on behalf of the company.
Perfectpack Limited was allotted 16,200 square metres. The company has proposed an investment of Rs 125 crore and is expected to create 700 employment opportunities. Chairman and Managing Director Sanjay Rajgarhia was present on behalf of the company.
SABS Exports International Private Limited received 16,180 square metres of land. The company has proposed an investment of Rs 87 crore, with 475 employment opportunities. Company Director Chetan Sabharwal received the allotment letter.
Simplast India Private Limited was allotted 12,000 square metres. The company has proposed an investment of Rs 78 crore and 300 employment opportunities. Company Director Gaurav Chugh received the letter of allotment.
Sahu Exports Private Limited was allotted 10,810 square metres of land. The company has proposed an investment of Rs 75 crore, with 1,150 employment opportunities. Company Director Sanjeev Sahu received the land allotment letter.
Investors Discuss Industrial Opportunities in Uttar Pradesh
Along with presenting the allotment letters, Shah interacted with the investors and discussed opportunities for expanding industries in Uttar Pradesh.
The discussions covered investment opportunities in the state and measures to accelerate business activities.
