Unicommerce Processes 2 Cr+ Q-Commerce Orders in FY25

Unicommerce, India’s leading e-commerce enablement SaaS platform, announced that it successfully processed over 2 crore quick-commerce order items through its flagship solution, Uniware, in the financial year 2024-25 (FY25).
These order items were fulfilled through Unicommerce’s deep integration with top Q-commerce platforms, allowing brands on Uniware to seamlessly process high-volume orders from their warehouses to the mother stores of these platforms.
The integration enables real-time order alignment, optimized inventory allocation, and faster order processing directly from brand warehouses. Using Uniware’s single-window system, brands can also automate shipment assignments to integrated B2B courier partners and manage critical compliance tasks like GST e-invoicing and e-way bill generation with ease.
Key categories that saw significant traction include personal care, nutraceuticals, baby products, fashion accessories, home decor, and snacks—all aligning with the growing demand for instant delivery services in India.
Quick commerce, offering ultra-fast delivery in 10 to 20 minutes, is rapidly becoming a mainstay of the Indian retail landscape. With a projected CAGR of 16.6% (2025-2029), the segment is expected to reach USD 9.95 billion by 2029.
Kapil Makhija, MD & CEO of Unicommerce, commented:
“Quick commerce has redefined consumer expectations and accelerated retail innovation. At Unicommerce, we are proud to support brands in adapting to this shift with agile, tech-enabled supply chains.”
Uniware offers a unified platform that manages multichannel orders, warehousing, and omnichannel retail operations. Through a centralized dashboard, brands can monitor live inventory status and fulfill orders across brand websites, marketplaces, offline stores, and Q-commerce platforms.
With these advancements, Unicommerce reinforces its position as a key enabler of India’s evolving quick-commerce ecosystem.
