Unicommerce, an India-based e-commerce enablement SaaS platform, has entered into a partnership with Naqel Express, Saudi Arabia’s largest logistics and express delivery company, to enhance logistics capabilities for e-commerce businesses operating across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

Under the agreement, e-commerce brands in Saudi Arabia using Unicommerce’s platform will gain direct integration with Naqel Express’ logistics network, enabling more efficient last-mile delivery coverage across the country. The collaboration is designed to support order fulfilment needs for both domestic and international e-commerce players operating in the region.

Through Unicommerce’s unified technology dashboard, businesses will be able to manage order processing, warehousing, last-mile delivery, and express cross-border shipments in a single system. This integrated approach aims to streamline fulfilment workflows, improve delivery timelines, and enhance operational visibility for merchants.

The partnership also extends logistics access across GCC markets, including the UAE, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, Jordan, and Lebanon. In addition, KSA-based businesses will be able to facilitate cross-border e-commerce shipments to India, supporting growing trade flows between the two markets.

Naqel Express operates under Saudi Post Logistics (SPL), the national postal carrier of Saudi Arabia. The company manages deliveries through approximately 5,000 touchpoints within KSA and maintains operations across more than 16 countries, including major GCC markets and India.

Unicommerce currently supports customers across Saudi Arabia and the UAE, offering region-specific integrations such as Arabic-language invoicing and shipping label generation, alongside a broad set of logistics and ecosystem integrations tailored for GCC e-commerce requirements.

Commenting on the collaboration, Maxim Vyalyy, UAE Country Manager at Naqel Express, said the partnership aligns with Naqel’s focus on strengthening e-commerce logistics and supporting efficient customer delivery across domestic and international markets.

Kapil Makhija, Managing Director and CEO of Unicommerce, noted that the collaboration represents a step toward expanding Unicommerce’s role as a technology and logistics enabler for e-commerce brands in the region, particularly as Saudi Arabia’s online retail ecosystem continues to evolve.

Unicommerce’s enterprise-grade systems are designed to handle complex e-commerce operations and support brands across multiple geographies. With established integrations and a broad client base in India, the company currently serves customers across six countries in the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
