T.T. Limited began commercial production in July 2025 at its newly established manufacturing unit located in the West Bengal Hosiery Park, Howrah. Spanning 1.25 lakh square feet, the new facility benefits from the region’s strong knitting ecosystem, skilled labor availability, and logistical advantages such as proximity to Kolkata and port access, which support export activities.

This factory will manufacture innerwear and casual wear to meet increasing domestic demand and capitalize on emerging export opportunities from India, especially following the FTA with the UK and the anticipated bilateral trade agreement with the USA, which is expected to give India a tariff edge over China.

The plant is projected to reach an annual production capacity of 3.5 to 4 million pieces by the third quarter of 2025. There is provision for doubling this capacity once current operations stabilize over the next 3 to 6 months. Additionally, the factory will serve as a distribution hub for Eastern India.

To meet export quality standards and compliance needs, the company has imported the entire set of machinery from reputed global manufacturers. T.T. Ltd. has also applied for SEDEX certification, ensuring the facility meets ethical and responsible sourcing standards from the outset.

The company’s Rights Issue of Equity Shares, priced at Rs. 12 per share, opened on July 17th and will close on July 31st, 2025. The Letter of Offer is accessible on the company’s website, the stock exchanges, and through the Lead Manager.
