TrusTrace Launches Platform to Turn Supply Chain Data Into Actionable Insights

New platform combines supply chain intelligence, automated compliance workflows and a unified data foundation for brands

TrusTrace, a supply chain traceability and compliance company, has launched a new platform designed to help global brands convert supply chain data into insights and operational actions as sustainability and due diligence requirements expand.

The platform builds on TrusTrace’s existing traceability and compliance foundation, making supply chain data accessible for analysis and decision-making while automating multi-step compliance programs. It is designed to support activities ranging from assessments and evidence collection to supplier follow-ups and corrective actions.

Supply Chain Intelligence Introduced

The platform’s first rollout focuses on Supply Chain Intelligence, enabling brands to use natural-language queries across suppliers, facilities, products, materials and supply chain relationships. The system can identify gaps and patterns and generate insights and reports based on the available supply chain data.

TrusTrace said the platform has been developed and validated over the past year with several global brands. The rollout will take place in phases starting in September 2026.

“Every regulation ultimately asks the same question: can you prove it? But proving compliance starts much earlier, with understanding your supply chain, knowing where the gaps are and acting before they become problems,” said Shameek Ghosh, CEO and Co-Founder of TrusTrace.

The platform is built on TrusTrace’s real-time, lot-level forward traceability and AI-powered backward chain-of-custody data, covering different materials and sourcing models.

Regulatory and Enterprise Intelligence Planned

In subsequent phases, TrusTrace plans to add regulatory intelligence and enterprise intelligence to the platform. These capabilities are intended to connect external regulatory requirements and a brand’s own policies and standards with its supply chain data.

The system will help brands understand which requirements apply to them, identify potential gaps and take action before compliance issues arise.

Automated Supplier Compliance Workflows

Alongside Supply Chain Intelligence, TrusTrace is introducing a program builder and orchestrator to automate workflows associated with its existing Supplier Compliance solution.

The capabilities cover processes including vendor onboarding, continuous supplier monitoring, assessments, evidence requests, follow-ups and corrective actions. The workflows are designed to operate using the brand’s own supply chain data.

TrusTrace’s platform brings together three connected solution areas:

  • Supplier Compliance: Manages whether suppliers meet a brand’s requirements.
  • Supply Chain Intelligence: Helps brands understand supply chains, identify areas requiring attention and support decision-making.
  • Product Compliance: Determines whether specific products meet applicable requirements and provides evidence to support compliance.

Supplier Compliance and Product Compliance are already being used by brands, while the latest launch adds Supply Chain Intelligence and automation capabilities connecting the three areas.

“We have spent years helping brands build trusted supply chain data. Now we are making that data work harder, turning it into intelligence, decisions, and action,” said Ghosh. “The goal is to help brands scale increasingly complex compliance programs without scaling their teams at the same rate, so they can spend more time on the decisions that matter.”

Four Pillars of the New Platform

TrusTrace said the platform is structured around four main pillars:

Unified data foundation: Suppliers can submit data in different formats and languages, which TrusTrace extracts, validates and links into a unified data foundation. Data and evidence can then be reused across different use cases.

Supply Chain Intelligence: Brands can ask questions about suppliers, facilities, products, materials and supply chain relationships and receive insights and reports based on their TrusTrace data. Additional regulatory, enterprise and risk intelligence is planned as the platform develops.

Automated operations: The program builder and orchestrator enable brands to create and operate multi-step workflows, including supplier onboarding, monitoring, assessments, evidence requests, follow-ups and corrective actions.

Connected compliance platform: Supplier requirements, regulatory obligations and product compliance are brought together on one platform using the same supply chain data and evidence foundation, reducing duplication for brands and suppliers.

AI Integrated Across Platform Operations

AI is integrated across the platform, including data extraction and validation, natural-language access to supply chain information and automation of multi-step programs.

TrusTrace said a new program can go live in as little as three days, with the first supplier data request sent during the first week. Its existing data foundation spans more than 120,000 suppliers across more than 80 countries.

The platform is designed for companies ranging from global enterprises to mid-sized brands managing compliance programs with lean teams. TrusTrace plans to introduce additional intelligence and automation capabilities as the phased rollout continues.
