From October 28 to 31, the Trützschler Group will present its latest innovations at ITMA Asia, held at the Singapore Expo. Visitors can find Trützschler at Booth D302 in Hall 4, where solutions in Spinning, Card Clothing, and Nonwovens will be featured.

A major highlight of the event will be the unveiling of T-CAN, Trützschler’s latest smart automation solution designed to address rising labor costs and shortages in the textile sector. This innovation will be revealed exclusively at ITMA Asia 2025.

T-CAN is Trützschler’s new automation solution designed to revolutionize sliver transport in spinning preparation.

Trützschler Spinning
At the center of the booth, the T-CAN automation system will showcase its potential to transform sliver transport in spinning preparation. Full details will be revealed at the event, but the system emphasizes Trützschler’s commitment to simplifying workflows and improving efficiency with intelligent technology.

Also featured will be the next-generation card TC 30i, which delivers up to 40% higher productivity—especially in man-made fiber processing—while maintaining or enhancing yarn quality. With an advanced suction system, the TC 30i allows over 50% of card waste to be recycled, while the integrated WASTECONTROL system ensures fiber preservation.

The IDF 3 integrated draw frame complements the TC 30i, offering a more compact and resource-efficient spinning setup. It supports rotor and airjet applications, improves yarn quality with high short fiber content, and features a new can-changing system that boosts card efficiency by 3%. Together, the TC 30i and IDF 3 enable energy savings, improved sliver homogeneity, and higher spinning speeds.

Trützschler Card Clothing
Trützschler Card Clothing (TCC) will highlight its extensive portfolio of precision-engineered card clothings, tailored to Trützschler machines for consistent quality and performance. TCC’s solutions address diverse customer requirements, from standard components to specialized innovations.

Trützschler Nonwovens

Trützschler Nonwovens’ ATB technology is the world’s only industrial-scale solution for processing 0.6 denier ultra-fine bicomponent fibers.

In nonwovens, Trützschler will present advancements in hydroentanglement, needle-punching, and Air Through Bonding (ATB). Key highlights include:

  • The Carded Pulp (CP) line, producing 100% biodegradable nonwovens for sustainable wipes.
  • The T-SUPREMA needle-punching line, delivering flexibility, stability, and productivity for applications such as automotive, filtration, and geotextiles.
  • A breakthrough in ATB technology, the first industrial-scale solution for processing 0.6 denier ultra-fine bicomponent fibers, enabling premium baby diapers with superior softness and skin-friendly properties.

Supporting these processes, the X-Series carding expertise will also be showcased, with models NCT-X, NC-X, and NC-Xe providing scalable, efficient, and high-performance nonwoven production.

Trützschler Nonwovens’ X-series cards combine consistent quality, high output and scalable solutions – making them uniquely versatile for nonwoven production.
