Trident Group Receives Great Place to Work Certification™ with 95% Employee Trust Score

Home textile manufacturer earns workplace recognition based on employee feedback, with 95% of employees identifying Trident as a great place to work.

Trident Group, a home-textile manufacturer and producer of terry towels and wheat-straw-based paper, has received its first Great Place To Work® Certification™, with the recognition based entirely on employee feedback.

According to the certification results, 95% of Trident Group employees said the organisation is a great place to work. The company stated that this score is significantly higher than the national average.

Great Place To Work® describes itself as a global authority on workplace culture, employee experience and leadership practices associated with employee retention, innovation and organisational performance.

The organisation stated:
