Trident Group Announces Pan-India Hiring Drive to Recruit Over 3,000 Karamyogis

Trident Limited has announced a nationwide recruitment initiative to hire more than 3,000 employees across its manufacturing operations. The hiring programme is aligned with efforts to expand employment opportunities and support skill development within India’s textile manufacturing sector.
The hiring initiative is part of the company’s workforce expansion plans and focuses on strengthening employment generation and skill development within the textile manufacturing industry.
Commenting on the announcement, Pooja B. Luthra, Group CHRO of Trident Group, said, “At Trident, we firmly believe that talent forms the foundation of India’s manufacturing transformation. The recruitment programme will invite applications for several technical and operational roles. These include positions such as operator, weaver, stitcher, fitter, electrician, and other skilled functions. Candidate selection will be based on educational qualifications and relevant industry experience.
Trident has also outlined a structured salary framework based on experience levels. Candidates with up to three years of experience will receive a monthly salary of ₹25,000. Those with more than three years and up to five years of experience will receive ₹36,000 per month, while candidates with more than five years and up to seven years of experience will be offered ₹50,000 per month.
In addition to salary packages, employees will have access to performance-linked incentives, variable pay structures, training and development programmes, hostel accommodation, subsidised meals, sports and gym facilities, medical assistance, Provident Fund and ESI coverage, along with periodic recognition and rewards.
According to the company, the initiative forms part of its strategy to expand manufacturing operations while strengthening its workforce and supporting long-term career development for employees.
