Trident Group has commissioned an additional 5.40 MWp rooftop solar power project at its manufacturing facility in Budhni. The new installation increases the site’s total solar capacity and reflects the company’s continued focus on renewable energy adoption.

Trident Group has announced the commissioning of an additional 5.40 MWp rooftop solar power project at its Budhni manufacturing facility in Madhya Pradesh. With this latest addition, the total installed solar capacity at the plant has reached 57.32 MWp.

The development is part of the company’s ongoing efforts to integrate renewable energy solutions into its operations. The expansion aligns with its approach toward improving energy efficiency and reducing dependence on conventional power sources within its manufacturing processes.

Prior to this addition, the Budhni facility operated with 51.92 MWp of installed solar capacity, which was running at full utilization. The newly commissioned rooftop project, completed on March 27, 2026, further increases the renewable energy contribution at the site.

The project has been developed with an estimated investment of approximately INR 10 crore. It represents a continuation of the company’s initiatives aimed at incorporating clean energy solutions across its manufacturing infrastructure.
