Trident Global, Inc. has secured a 10-year lease for the whole 10,150 s/f eighth floor at 320 Fifth Avenue, Brause Realty. Evan Margolin, Vice Chairman, Savills, will represent the tenant, who will relocate from 295 Fifth Avenue this fall. Despite the epidemic, the building has rented over 30,000 square feet of space in the last 18 months.

David Dayan, the building's owner, believes that the building's central position, high ceilings, and move-in ready pre-built spaces will continue to attract a wide tenant mix as more offices and showrooms reopen. High ceilings, contemporary finishes, and recent health and wellness renovations such as a 360-degree air purifier with HEPA/carbon filtration in the foyer and self-cleaning elevator buttons are available.
