TRC Consulting Appoints Sagar Chatterji as Director Chief of Growth

TRC Consulting has announced the appointment of Sagar Chatterji as Director – Chief of Growth, a strategic leadership move aimed at accelerating the firm’s expansion agenda and strengthening long-term client value creation. The appointment underscores TRC Consulting’s continued focus on building future-ready leadership to support its growing domestic and international footprint.

An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kozhikode, Sagar holds an MBA in Finance & Strategy and brings over 14 years of cross-sector experience spanning corporate banking and consulting. Over the course of his career, he has consistently driven business growth, expanded service offerings, strengthened customer success frameworks, and managed high-value client relationships across large and mid-sized organisations in India and overseas.

Sagar has been associated with TRC Consulting for nearly a decade, joining the firm in a leadership role and progressively expanding his mandate. During this period, he has overseen and guided the firm’s business across Southern India, leading initiatives focused on growth, quality delivery, and the expansion of strategic advisory services. He has played a key role in building high-performing teams across multiple geographies, with a strong focus on the southern region.

His leadership has been central to the development and scaling of emerging service lines such as People Advisory and India Entry Strategy, which have become integral components of TRC Consulting’s diversified portfolio. Through these initiatives, Sagar has contributed significantly to advancing the firm’s vision of delivering integrated, value-driven advisory solutions aligned with evolving client requirements.
