Topo Athletic Launches Phantom 4 WP with eVent stormST

A new era of eco-friendly performance footwear begins.

Topo Athletic’s new Phantom 4 WP integrates eVent’s plant-based, PFAS-free stormST laminate, combining sustainability with unmatched waterproof performance.

eVent® Fabrics, a global pioneer in breathable, waterproof, and windproof material technology, is strengthening its collaboration with Topo Athletic by integrating its plant-based, PFAS-free stormST laminate into the newly launched Phantom 4 WP road shoe, introduced in September 2025.

Set to arrive in stores in Fall 2025, the Phantom 4 WP expands Topo Athletic’s waterproof collection, joining the Terraventure 4 WP and Trailventure 2 WP, all featuring eVent’s eco-conscious stormST waterproof and breathable technology.

The stormST laminate combines a plant-based membrane with recycled or responsibly sourced face and backer fabrics, all treated with a C0 DWR finish—completely free from PFAS chemicals.
