Building on the Laundry (R)Evolution platform, Tonello now enables responsible denim coloring, opening creative and circular possibilities. Two proprietary technologies lead the way:

• Wake: Natural, Circular Dyeing
  Wake is the first patented system for natural dyeing using organic raw materials and vegetable waste, such as plant matter, peels, and fruit or vegetable rinds. These materials are dried, infused, and transformed into rich, organic colors. The process is fully compostable, generating zero synthetic waste. The “The Botanicals” overdyeing capsule offers softly vibrant shades inspired by nature’s calm spectrum.
• DyeMate: Responsible Indigo and Beyond
  DyeMate is a patented technology enabling garment dyeing with indigo, sulfur, and VAT dyes in a single, low-temperature process. It delivers deep tones or striking overdyed effects, even on raw denim, while significantly reducing time, water, and chemical usage compared to traditional methods. It is the natural evolution of Tonello’s Sulfur Essence collection, originally developed for ready-to-dye garments.
