Three-Day Textile Expo Opens in Tiruppur with 337 Participants and 800 Stalls

Yarnex, TexIndia, Apparel Sourcing Fair and DyChem Texprocess showcase products across the textile supply chain

A three-day textile exhibition opened in Tiruppur on Thursday, bringing together 337 participants and around 800 stalls across four exhibitions. Inaugurated by K.M. Subramanian, president of the Tiruppur Exporters Association, the event covers products ranging from yarns and fibres to woven fabrics and accessories.

Four Textile Exhibitions Bring Supply Chain Together

The event, being held at the India KnitFair Complex, brings together Yarnex, TexIndia, Apparel Sourcing Fair (ASF), and DyChem Texprocess.

The business-to-business exhibition caters to the requirements of both large and small-scale apparel manufacturers and features products covering multiple stages of the textile supply chain.

Global buying houses, major international brands and domestic brands are also participating in the event.

Yarnex Highlights Yarns and Blends

Yarnex, which was launched in Tiruppur in 2009, features different types of yarns and blends.

Participants include companies and businesses from the northern States of India, Thailand and Taiwan.

Woven Fabrics Added to This Year’s Event

Woven fabrics have been introduced as a new segment this year, with products from 20 companies being showcased.

The wider exhibition covers yarns, fibres, woven fabrics and accessories, bringing different sections of the textile supply chain together under one platform.

Exhibition Held Across Six Centres

The textile exhibition is a business-to-business event and is held once a year across six centres in the country, serving apparel manufacturers and other participants in the textile and clothing industry.
