Three innovative collections highlight the next frontier of sustainable and circular denim design.

The Denim Deal, a global collaboration driving the adoption of post-consumer recycled (POCR) cotton, has taken its most ambitious leap yet. At this season’s Kingpins Show, the initiative will introduce three groundbreaking denim collections, proving that circular fashion is no longer a concept — it’s a ready-to-wear, scalable reality accessible to every brand.

Circular Design Made Simple and Scalable

For the first time, The Denim Deal moves from promoting its members to co-creating two collections under its own label — The Denim Deal Collection: Designed to Simplify. Built to Prove. Each garment embodies the potential of collaboration across the denim supply chain, showcasing how circularity can merge with durability, transparency, and style.

Collection One: EMEA Hub Collection

The EMEA Hub Collection features 19 garments developed in partnership with Dorlet, Sharabati, Kipas, Ereks Blue Matters, and PDNA. These pieces exemplify premium circular denim with advanced design and traceability. Highlights include Dorlet’s innovative detachable branded buttons, Ereks’ fully integrated sustainable production, and PDNA’s Digital Product Passport (DPP), which enables supply chain data verification for each garment. Together, these elements establish a blueprint for visible and wearable circularity across the industry.

Collections Two and Three: The India Hub Showcase

Spearheaded by the Denim Deal India Hub, led by Enviu and GATS, two new collections mark the regional debut of circular denim manufacturing in India. Both integrate Digital Product Passports, Product Environmental Footprint (PEF) analytics (powered by Green Story), post-consumer recycled cotton, and green wash technology.

The first collection, produced by Raymond UCO, will be unveiled at Kingpins, while the second, crafted by Bhaskar Denim, will feature in the Denim Deal Week showcase. Designed in collaboration with Recyclr, Jeanologia, and Green Story, these lines demonstrate how global hubs can create region-specific yet scalable sustainability models.

Beyond Innovation — Proof in Practice

These collections go beyond prototypes — they represent tangible proof of how POCR cotton, DPPs, PEF, and durability data can be integrated into one unified framework. They simplify compliance for brands, make circularity visually compelling, and highlight the power of a united denim ecosystem.

Looking Ahead

This milestone marks only the beginning. The Denim Deal will continue unveiling new collections featuring diverse members and technologies, each iteration pushing the industry closer to its ambitious moonshot goal: producing one billion jeans with at least 20% post-consumer recycled cotton by 2030.

Join the Movement

The Denim Deal is shaping the future of denim — collective, transparent, and actionable. Brands eager to simplify circularity and scale impact are invited to become part of this transformative initiative.
