Texworld Apparel Sourcing Paris 2027 to Mark 30th Anniversary with Redesigned Exhibition Layout

Scheduled for 25–27 January 2027 at Paris-Le-Bourget Exhibition Centre, the anniversary edition expects more than 1,000 international exhibitors, with a focus on fabric sourcing, garment manufacturing, sustainability and India-Europe textile trade.
Texworld Apparel Sourcing Paris will celebrate its 30th anniversary from 25 to 27 January 2027 at the Paris-Le-Bourget Exhibition Centre. The upcoming edition will introduce a redesigned exhibition layout across Halls 3 and 4, bringing fabric manufacturers and garment suppliers together to strengthen connections between materials and finished products.
More than 1,000 international exhibitors are expected to participate, while the programme will include trend forums, industry discussions, sustainability initiatives and dedicated sourcing support for small production quantities.
Redesigned Exhibition Layout Across Halls 3 and 4
For its 30th anniversary edition, Texworld Apparel Sourcing Paris will reorganise its exhibition offering across Halls 3 and 4 at the Paris-Le-Bourget Exhibition Centre.
The revised layout is intended to improve visitor navigation, make different product sectors easier to identify and encourage greater interaction between exhibitors and buyers.
The exhibition will retain two principal areas:
- Apparel Sourcing: Dedicated to finished products and accessories.
- Texworld: Focused on fabrics and raw materials.
Networking spaces, presentations, talks, trend showcases, visitor services and catering facilities will be distributed across both halls. The arrangement is designed to encourage visitors to explore the exhibition areas and facilitate business exchanges throughout the event.
More Than 1,000 Exhibitors Expected, with Interest from Indian Manufacturers
The January 2027 edition is expected to welcome more than 1,000 international exhibitors. The exhibition will maintain a balance between fabrics and materials and finished products, addressing sourcing requirements across different stages of the textile and apparel supply chain.

The recently signed free trade agreement between the European Union and India is also expected to influence international textile trade prospects.
Signed last January and currently undergoing ratification, the agreement is expected to come into force in 2027. It provides for the removal of European customs duties on Indian textiles and garments, which currently reach up to 12%, depending on the product.
This development adds to the interest of manufacturers across South Asia, particularly the Indian subcontinent, in the European market.
Spring-Summer 2028 Trends and Industry Discussions
The January edition will feature trend forums presenting developments for the Spring-Summer 2028 collections across both exhibition halls.
Designed by the event's artistic directors, Louis Gérin and Gregory Lamaud, the trend spaces will offer creative insights aligned with the product categories displayed in each hall. These presentations are intended to assist buyers during their sourcing activities.
In Hall 4, the Texpertise Agora will host conferences, debates and round-table discussions. Industry professionals and experts will address key developments affecting the textile and apparel sectors.
Sustainability and Traceability Initiatives Remain a Focus
Sustainability and traceability will continue to feature prominently in the exhibition programme and visitor experience.
Through Texpertise Econogy, Messe Frankfurt will offer several initiatives to help visitors identify companies and solutions associated with sustainable textile production.
These include:
- Econogy Finder: Helps visitors identify suppliers of sustainably produced textiles.
- Econogy Talks: Brings industry professionals and experts together at the Texpertise Agora for discussions.
- Econogy Tour: Offers guided visits to selected manufacturers providing sustainable solutions.
The exhibition will also introduce the Small Quantities Itinerary, designed to help brands and designers identify manufacturers offering production solutions for smaller batches of textiles and garments. The initiative aims to support product development requirements and enhance competitiveness.
International Initiatives and Industry Participation
Two Initiatives areas will be positioned at the entrance of each exhibition hall. These spaces will present expertise and collaborative projects involving companies, educational institutions and countries.
The displays will provide visitors with insights into different textile identities and international manufacturing capabilities.
