A front loading, low MLR dyeing machine called the HTHP Horizontal Tubular Dyeing Machine is available from Jogindra Industries. It may be used to dye a variety of materials, including polyester, cotton, viscose, nylon, acrylic, texturized, silk, and wool. The high productivity textile industries are served by it.
These machines are available with batch sizes ranging from 20 kg to 720 kg. However, it is possible to couple two or more identically sized machines to produce batches up to 2000 kg in size. At the touch of a button, the connected machines can also be operated independently.
Important details
- The machine’s body and all components that will come into contact with the dye fluid are composed of the bi-direction, extremely corrosion-resistant alloy AISISS 316Ti/316L. With Inverter Drive, Turbo Pump for Double Stage Liquor Circulation (In-Out & Out-ln) for different speeds
2. Control Panel with Touch Interface and PLC
3. Air pad with a very low MLR of 1:3 A system to reduce the alcohol ratio
4. tank for colour dosing with an injection pump A highly effective internal heat exchanger is used to dispense the dye solution into the machine. For interior heating and cooling systems that don’t waste energy cooling the outside
5. Variable loading with adjustable loading spindles or dummies that reduce capacity by 50%
6. HT Drain – without cooling, the machine can be drained at 130° C.
7. sampling pot while the machine is running to check the dyeing outcome operated by pneumatic Front door human/machine safety interlocks that lock and unlock safety lock mechanism
8. For heating and turbo pumps, a safety level sensor
Advantages
- The JOGSON turbo pump, heat exchanger, and piping are arranged in a compact manner to maximise floor space.
- Bi-direction Turbo increases the effectiveness and evenness in dyeing Ultra Low MLR of 1:3, consumes less dyestuff, chemicals, steam, water, & produces less effluent discharge, therefore it’s ECO friendly (leads to global savings of water and chemical), and reduces the production cost resulting in faster production. Income from investment
- Shortens batch times and efficiently eliminates surplus water from the package using an inverter-driven turbo pump for variable flow control. This pump can reduce power usage by up to 40%, making it more energy-efficient.
- Constant MLR and flow rate are maintained with variable loading using dummies. As the topmost tube in which the carrier is to be loaded is at the height of approximately 1.5 mtr, no working platform is necessary.
- Since the carriers are loaded into the machine from the front, an overhead hoist is not necessary. Any floor installation is possible with low roof heights.
- Excellent levelness and dyeing results minimise yarn loss. Operational safety is ensured by high Right First Time (RFT) water level, pressure, and distinct temperature numerous safety interlocks.
